Villa Alba is an independent villa located in Baja Sardinia, Arzachena, within a quiet residential complex with a pool and tennis court, just steps from the sea. Overlooking the water, the villa boasts fantastic views and spectacular sunsets. The property is spread over two floors and features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an additional toilet, accommodating up to 8 guests. To move between the two levels, you must exit the villa and cross the private garden to access the lower floor. There are two or three parking spaces on the property, plus free communal parking. One pet is allowed. Smoking is not permitted inside.
